Contact requests
When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, company, optional project details and message are sent to Modulitic through Microsoft Azure Communication Services. We use this information to understand your request, respond to you and discuss a possible engagement. The website does not store submissions in a database. Microsoft Azure Communication Services processes the message for delivery, and the enquiry is retained in our email inbox as needed to handle your request.
When you send an email
If you contact us directly by email, Modulitic receives the information included in the email and your sender address. We use that information to understand your request, respond to you, and discuss a possible engagement. Please do not include confidential, patient, identity or other sensitive data in an initial enquiry.
Website operation
This website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts or a newsletter subscription. The hosting provider may process standard request information to serve and secure the website. The contact service briefly holds a hashed network address in server memory to limit repeated submissions. Opening an external project or booking link is subject to that destination’s privacy policy.

You can choose to contact us directly by email. To ask about information you have sent, or request its correction or deletion, contact us using the address below. Contractual and legal requirements may affect how an enquiry or engagement record is handled.
